No Returns Accepted
We understand that a change of heart can occur and you may wish to return your item, however we do offer returns at the moment.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take a look at all the products before they are shipped to you, but we understand some defected products may slip past us. In the case you manage to receive a defected item, we will offer credit of the same value in return.
Please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Notify us within 5 days of receiving your order by writing us through instagram direct messages. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defective item.
- Resolution: We will review your case and, if the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we will offer you credit for the same amount the item you are returning cost you.

Processing Time
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during peak periods or delays out of our control. Don't hesitate to email us when your order has taken more then 4 days to be processed.

Order Tracking
- Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your order number. We will then process your order where you will receive an email with your tracking number, where you can track your order.
- Delivery Issues: If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us through instagram in direct messaging.
Shipping Address
- Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Responsibility: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
- Assistance: Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
